Cast Party Coordinators please arrive by 3:30 to prepare the Wilson Cafeteria for the party. Also, please plan to stay until all actors have been picked up by their parents/guardians and the cafeteria is clean.

4:00 - 5:30 (ish) - Disassemble set and load truck and drive to Cole Center
5:30 - 7:00 (ish) - Unload truck at Cole Center

11/11 NO REHEARSAL
11/12 Thursday: 6:15pm - 9:00pm
11/13 Friday: 6:15pm - 9:30pm
11/14 Saturday: Call time at Noon | Arrive for pickup at 8:30pm
11/15 Sunday: Call time at 12:30 | Arrive for pickup at 4:30pm (if not staying for Cast Party)
11/15 Sunday: Cast Party begins immediately after the show at Wilson. Pick kids up at 5:30 pm (Kids can only be dismissed by an adult, they can not leave the building unaccompanied to walk to the plaza.)
