FAQ For Talking with Sponsors/Advertisers
Can they give us gift cards instead of purchasing an advertisement or sponsorship?
Purchasing through the website is best, even if it’s a small amount. But we will happily take gift cards if that’s all they can do. We will include gift cards in a raffle or fundraiser event in the future.
Who should they contact if they have questions?
They can use the board@natickdramaworkshop.org email address for any questions and we will help them through the process.
What if I thought of another company to contact but don’t know if someone else already did?
Please send any great brainstorm ideas you have to fundraising@natickdramaworkshop.org. Casey and Julien are putting together an updated master list and can let you know if we have covered that business yet. All ideas are super welcome! Super!

When is the deadline to submit?
All orders and digital material must be submitted by October 13th
Where do they submit their artwork again?
Everything they need is on the website! https://www.natickdramaworkshop.org/playbill The playbill section of the menu has all sponsorship and advertiser ads ready for purchase and uploading of images.
Is any of this tax deductible for them?
Ads and sponsorships are tax deductible!
