Patrick Conaway
Director
Patrick is in his second year as the Director of NDW. A proud alumnus of the program, Patrick cherishes the opportunity to contribute to this incredible town program. He is a graduate of Natick High School and later went on to earn a Bachelor's in Theatre from The Hartt School. Patrick is a graduate candidate at Gonzaga University studying Organizational Leadership. He hopes you enjoy the show and is thankful for the opportunity to work with these amazing kids!
Kate Riley
Assistant Director & Music Director
Kate Riley is a theatre educator, director, theatremaker, and a recent graduate from Emerson College, receiving her BFA in Theatre Education & Performance. Raised in Natick, she is proud to be joining the forces of theatre educators, like former NDW Director Cindy Wright, who sparked her passion for theatre in the first place. Kate is passionate about opportunities for inclusive, community-based theatremaking and theatre education, and telling multi-dimensional stories, especially those related to adolescence and growing up. Kate currently creates theatre with students of all ages at The Community Academy at Walnut Hill School for the Arts and Framingham High School. As a proud alumna, she credits NDW as a major factor in the formation and development of her creative and interpersonal skills, and is proud to extend her promise to NDW's mission into her adult life.

Emma Stewart
Choreographer
Emma is so happy to be back working in her home town of Natick. She is a Natick High alumna who attended Wagner College for Musical Theatre. Emma has 26 years of experience performing, singing, and dancing. She has worked with many performance groups including TCAN, ACT in Concord, and is currently the choreographer for the Lexington Players. Her favorite thing to do on a Saturday morning is to hang out with 58 middle schoolers - performing, singing, and creating amazing dance routines. This is Emma’s first, hopefully of many, years with Natick Drama Workshop.
Nick Peace
Alumni Coordinator
Nick is a Junior at Suffolk University studying Film and Media. He is an NDW alumnus and participated in the program from 2015- 2019. He is very interested in Video Production and videography, hoping to have that be his career. Nick is thrilled to be back and helping out at NDW. He loves NDW productions and the opportunity to create amazing shows with amazing actors and take on the lead role of alumni coordinator for the program.
Carly Golden
Stage Manager
Carly is a junior at Natick High School and an alumna of NDW. She has also participated in a number of Natick High School theater performances. This year she has joined the Natick High School Theater board as the Social Media Manager. Additionally, she enjoys speech & debate, as well as softball. She participated in NDW from 2019-2023. Carly is excited for the opportunity to help with this production.
