Arrive by 12:30, make sure your actor had a good lunch, this is a big day!
12:30 - 1:30 Check in, get into costume review any last minute notes from Cindy
1:30 - 2:00 Places!
2:00 - 4:00 (ish) Performance Number 1
4:00 - 4:30 Greet your actor/fans: (Wilson Gymnasium)
4:30 - 5:30 Get out of costume, eat dinner (Wilson Cafeteria)
5:30 - 6:30 Get back into costume
6:30 - 8:30 Performance Number 2
8:30 - 9:00 Meet your fans, sign autographs (Wilson Gymnasium)
9:00 - 9:15 Get out of costume go home.
As usual, please make sure your actor has had dinner and arrives on time with the following:
Nut-free snack
Water bottle
COVID Protection as necessary
Wearing Show clothes (See here for details)
